In my first few weeks with WGI I have already learned many new skills that will help me become a better engineer. My mentors create an environment that allow me to both succeed and have fun. To say that my experience has been anything less than phenomenal so far would be an understatement.

Melissa is working on quantities that we will deliver to our contractor. Our contractor then develops their construction cost based on quantities, design fee, and technical proposal plans.
Went on our weekly mission to Mission BBQ (#Freedom) and Shannon was describing the most epic aspect of bridge design with Melissa intently listening.
Workin’ up an appetite on the way to lunch with an impromptu rendition of “Tearin’ Up My Heart” (apologies to NSYNC).
